Uniform Fundraising

This year we are working on a few fundraising efforts; the biggest of which is selling our coupon cards.  Additionally we will be holding a “Guess how many m&m’s are in the jar” 50/50 raffle and we are looking at fundraising at Worlds of Fun, Pizza Hut and other places. 

 

How can you help?

1. Support your students, let them know their activities are important to you

2. Financial support either through purchasing/participation in our fundraising or by donation

3. Spread the word.  If you are unable to help out maybe you know someone who could.

 

When are we fundraising?

1. The coupon card sales will start the last week in February and run until Spring Break.  The cards are $10 a piece and have RE-USABLE coupons on them for Warrensburg businesses.

2. The M&M jar contest will start the first of March and run until Spring Break.  You try and guess how many RED M&M’s are in the jar.  The person/people who guess right OR closest if no one guesses correctly will split 50% of the pot.  1 guess is $.50, 3 guesses $1 or 20 guesses for $5.

3.          Possible fundraising through Pizza Hut, Worlds of Fun and other establishments will              take place in April-May and possibly during the summer, more details to come as they are              finalized.

 

How will this benefit the students?

1. All the profits from the coupon cards sales are going directly into an account specifically ear-marked for new uniforms (marching band and choir).

2. Your students will be excited to see people taking an interest in what they’re doing.

3. All money raised will help purchase supplies, materials and equipment necessary for student success.

 

Who do I contact to help out?

1. Any student in band or choir will be able to assist you in the purchasing of a coupon card or have details about other fundraising we are doing.
