District Health Update

January 30, 2012   Dear Crest Ridge Parents and Guardians,   I hope this quick note finds you and your family in good health and enjoying the unseasonably warm winter weather.  I just wanted to let you know that we are seeing an increase in student illness here at school.  We are seeing several students with strep throat, high fever, headaches, and stomach issues.  We are actively cleaning and disinfecting our schools and school busses to keep the germs to a minimum. Three and Four-year-old Screenings

Three and Four-year-old Screenings  The Crest Ridge R-VII District is scheduling screenings for three and four-year-old children residing in the district who will not be entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2012.  The free screening will check overall development, speech, hearing, health, and vision.  The goal of the screening is to help parents become more knowledgeable about their child’s development and provide early detection of potential concerns.
