Crest Ridge Pulls Together to Help Others
December 16, 2009: School staff members, clubs, and organizations pooled their resources to help area families enjoy a better holiday season. Everything, including ceramic bowls, some cash, canned goods, forks, spoons, cups, labor and even the soup itself was generously donated for the benefit dinner. $390.00 and 72 non-perishable items were given to the Christmas Store 2009, and soup and hot rolls were given to some very appreciative recipients at the Warrensburg HELP shelter.
A really big "Thank You" goes out to all who made contributions to this very worthy project. It is such a great feeling to be able to give of ourselves for the benefit of those less fortunate. Everyone here at Crest Ridge was extremely generous and eager to help. It's just one more reason to be proud of our school.
