Crest Ridge Agriculture Teacher Avery Deevers was selected by fellow professionals to represent their district/state association as Central District President for the Missouri Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association during the 2018-19 school year.
Mr. Deevers will be responsible for various duties as a state executive committee member and serving as MVATA District President. His responsibilities will require his attendance in Jefferson City, San Antonio Texas, and Ann Arbor Michigan throughout the year.
Avery is in his first year at Crest Ridge since transitioning from his previous teaching assignment at Warrensburg High School. We are very excited to have Mr. Deevers on staff and wish him an outstanding first year!
