Suicide prevention presentations will begin taking place next week during advisory classes. Students received letters on Tuesday to sign and return if they wish to opt out of these presentations. The letter has also been posted on their grade level Google Classroom. Please reach out to me at ccumpton@crestridge.org by the end of today if you do not want your child to participate in these lessons.

At this time as a public school in Missouri, Crest Ridge Schools will be offering free breakfast and lunch to all students. If a second meal is desired, the second meal will be charged at standard full meal price. This does not include a-la-carte items.

K-8 - School Supply Drive TONIGHT - 6:30pm! Sponsored by the Crest Ridge FFA - Drive up at the south end HS gravel parking lot. Stay in your car, supplies will be handed out by the AG shop door as you drive by. You will circle around and out by the bus barn. Supplies limited.
Crest Ridge Athletic Booster Club will be selling passes to home games for the 2021-2022 season before and during the jamboree this Friday! They will also have cougar apparel at discounted prices.

Crest Ridge Families-Apple Bus will be calling all families who currently ride to confirm locations, pick up and drop off times for the 2021-22 school year by Friday of this week. Due to ongoing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making changes to the scheduled events on Thursday, Aug 19. Meet the Cougars will be at the football field at 6 pm (please note the time change). Meet the teacher will not occur in a full face-to-face format, instead each building has activities as outlined below:
CRE: Classroom teachers will begin contacting parents tomorrow about the upcoming year.
CRS: Classroom Advisory teachers will contact parents this week. Video tours of HS/MS will be posted via Facebook Thursday at 4:00 with a live Question and Answer to follow. 6th grade parents may come between 5:30-6:30 on Thursday to drop off student supplies and meet teachers, but please call the office in advance and make an appointment (there will be time given to students during week 1 for this as well).
The FFA school supply drive for this evening has been rescheduled for Thursday Aug. 19 from 6:30-7:00 at the Ag. Shop. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Don't forget FFA school supply give away on Aug. 13 from 4-5:30 pm (while supplies last) in the High School Lobby. This will be for students in grades K-8.
