Secondary Students and Parents: As we improve our procedures during this time, we ask that a call is made to the Secondary office (660-656-3391) prior to any drop off or pick of items by students or families in quarantine. At that time, we will make arrangements specific to each situation.

Information to Spectators for tonight's football game at Adrian: Fan Expectations: To ensure the safety, well being, and enjoyment of those attending district activities, we would like to clarify expectations at both home and away events. Children in eighth grade or below must have a supervising adult in attendance at the activity. Children without a supervising adult will not be allowed admittance at home events. Expectations are that children watch the activity and be supervised by the adult in attendance. For the safety of all in attendance, impromptu games (tag, throwing/passing/hitting balls, bottle tossing, etc.) and general play are not allowed. Failure to supervise children at a school activity may result in the assignment of consequences for the student, per school policy. We are also recommending spectators to wear masks but not mandatory and to also try to social distance as much as possible.
Fans are allowed to enter the North gates and stand on the track in designated areas that are roped off. Fans are now allowed access to any part inside the fence past the 20 yard on the North sideline. No chairs are allowed on the track.
Admission: $4.00 for adults $3.00 for students under 18. Senior Citizens free.
No Fans/Spectators are allowed on the field at any time before or after the game!!! Please help control this behavior. Fans are prohibited from jumping the fence to access the field.

JV/V Volleyball games are cancelled from today until Tuesday October 13.
The Crest Ridge Board of Education voted to approve a calendar amendment for the 2020-21 school year. Both December 18th and May 27th will now be a 1:00pm early dismissal. The amended calendar can be found on our app/website in the NEWS feed or as a link under the MENU. Thank you.
Attn student spectators: One area of improvement that we have found to be necessary during this time is to ask that all students sit with their family. The student cheering section prohibits us from adequately distancing. We ask that all students comply and continue to use proper social distancing measures (more than 6' apart) to reduce the number of close contacts a student may encounter.

The high school volleyball tournament at Knob Noster scheduled for Saturday September 26th has been cancelled.
It was a valiant effort (especially in a 3 game match with Lone Jack) but overall a tough night at Orrick for the JH VB triangular (vs Orrick 0-2; vs Lone Jack 1-2)

For anyone going to the Santa Fe JH Volleyball game tonight, Chiefs drive is closed. You will need to continue north on 23, turn right at the blinking light (20) and then turn right again on W to go back through Alma to the school. Game time is 5:30pm. Go Cougars!
