Summer speed training starts tomorrow morning 7-8am for all 7th-12th students!
Bring your OWN water bottle and read safety guidelines prior to coming!
A coach will check each kid in taking their temperature before we start at the elementary parking lot.
CR HS Female Athletes, check your school email, we start Summer Workouts with a live ZOOM workout Monday at 1:00.

Graduation Info: Confirmed 7/11 at 2pm--Hendricks Hall (UCM). Under current guidance, graduates will be allowed to sit with 5 family members. We are making arrangements for a video live stream and will update if health guidance changes.
