Red Ribbon Week 1.5 Oct. 22 - 31, Suicide Awareness, Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Awareness, Natural Highs, No Bullying, and creating a positive climate for our school and community. Dress up days, give aways, class room presentations, non-perishable food drives.

Just a reminder, tomorrow is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 1:00. There is no after school care tomorrow. No school on Friday.

Financial Aid Night

Crest Ridge students who are licensed and permitted drivers took part in unsafe driving simulations on Thursday. Preparing our students to make smart decisions while operating a vehicle. This simulation was provided by the U. S. Army.

Tomorrow is Grandparent's Day! There will be photo booths, book fair, a program by the kids, and classroom visits. The fun starts at 8:15 and goes until 11:00.
A full night of volleyball for the Cougars with JH, JV, and Varsity all taking on Lone Jack. JH fall in two. JV and Varsity win, 2-1, and 2-0.
The Book Fair is this week, through Friday! 7-8 graders will come tomorrow with Mr. P's class.
Tomorrow is Fire Safety Day. The JoCo Fire Dept will be here w/ their trucks and other stations for all kids. It will be a little chilly and all activities are outside, plan to send a jacket with your child.
On Friday, seventh grade students attended a performance of “Becoming Martin” at the Coterie Theatre. They also had a little free time for lunch and browsing at Crown Center.


Today's the day! The PTO Fall Fun Fest is today at the JoCo Fairgrounds, 11-4. Come out and enjoy a petting zoo, games, live music, vendors, great food and more! See you there!
