Secondary core teachers received Missouri Assessment Teaching Tool (MATT) books today. These books help teachers align coursework to state standards and ensure that proficiency scales match expectations for state exams. They are a great resource for improving teaching and learning opportunities.

This seems like a good time to ask for your input, since teachers have long wondered if the log is as needed these days since we now have Google classroom and the Campus Portal.

CRE Parents: The Family Reading Night and Dinner scheduled for this Thursday 3/20 has been postponed. As soon as we have a new date confirmed, we will send out information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Spring Sports Pictures are April 1st at 2pm. If your student is participating in a spring sport you will receive an email from Interstate Studios with in the next 2 weeks. We have also attached the QR code for spring pictures.

Cougar Softball Fans, Due to lack of practices and injuries LaMonte has cancelled the softball game scheduled Friday 3/21. We will work to reschedule the game.

CRE: All candy sales money is due no later than tomorrow. Wednesday 3/19. We thank everyone who has participated in this fundraising event.

Save the Date! Secondary Pre-Enrollment Night and Parent-Teacher Conferences are 3/25 from 2 to 7 p.m. Pre-enrollment is a new opportunity for us through Infinite Campus. Please come to receive important updates and help your student plan next year's courses. We encourage all families to attend!

Dear Crest Ridge Families, We just wanted to let you know that you will be seeing law enforcement personnel and vehicles at the high school today and tomorrow. There is no reason to be alarmed. They are using our high school hallway for training. We work with our local law enforcement a couple times a year to provide a space and time for their training. Have a great rest of your spring break!

CRE celebrated Dr. Seuss's Birthday and National Reading Month with a school-wide reading day on Friday. We had reading forts, special guest readers, and we kept the "perpetual reading chairs" occupied all day long! CRE loves reading!
