Natural High videos, are a series of videos that highlight celebrities, athletes, and other influencers talking about their choice to stay away from Drugs, alcohol and tobacco. They focus on making positive choices that allow them to be great performers and athletes. They use the phrase "Natural High" to encourage students to focus on their skills and abilities to relieve stress, build self-esteem and feel good. Red Ribbon Week is this week! This years theme at the Secondary Building is Be Happy! Be Brave! Be Drug Free! Tuesday - Be Happy! Wear something that makes you happy, bright colors, favorite color, sports team, character, music group, etc. (School appropriate) Wednesday - Be Brave! Wear your Cougar attire. Thursday - Be Drug Free! Wear Red Friday - Trick or Treat! Be Smart and Stay Safe - Enter our Costume Contest - Wear your Halloween costume, pay $1.00 in the lobby on Friday morning, to Mrs. Shelton, $ collected will be used as prizes for the contest. Costumes must be school appropriate, no blood, gore or weapons. During Advisory teachers will be showing Natural High videos.
