Happy Holidays! CRS is kicking off the Christmas season with the leadership and service class putting up the tree. Dress up days are here as well! I even joined in the spirit (well sort of), dressing as my favorite Christmas character: Ebenezer Scrooge!

Carsen Hursh
Carsen’s favorite high school memory is hanging out with his friends in advisory.
Throughout his time at Crest Ridge, he has been involved in football, basketball, baseball, track, FFA, FCA, FBLA, and NHS.
He says the people who have had the biggest impact on him are all the coaches he’s had in every sport over the last four years, each one pushing him to be better.
Carsen’s advice for younger Cougars is: High school isn’t that hard—you just have to lock in.
After graduation, he plans to join the workforce.
In 10 years, Carsen sees himself running his own business.
A fun fact about Carsen is that he loves hunting.

Full night of basketball at Orrick tonight. JH lady Cougars drop a heartbreaker by 1, and the Boys followed with a running clock victory. B teams split in the same fashion as the A squads. Very proud of everyone's effort and attitude.

JH Basketball tonight saw both the boys and girls win convincingly. Santa Fe is truly great place to visit, a school with wonderful facilities and great tradition. You have to appreciate the history of a school that has a shuffle board layout in tiles older than most of our students grandparents! Thanks to them for all the hospitality this JH season.

JH Basketball at Santa Fe tonight!! #rollcougs
JH Basketball after a thaw! Tonight we managed to steal a couple of A team games away from old man winter! 🥶 The girls picked up a win vs. Lone Jack and the boys took the loss but played admirably. Great job, Cougars!
