Did you know that we start every week at CRS with some words of encouragement for students? Here is an example of this past week's message from Mr. Frank: "We all need someone special in our lives—someone who cares for us, believes in us when the odds are against us, and is willing to elevate our needs to be greater than their own. This is what help is. Pausing our own life, with its wants, needs, and desires, to assist others in theirs. I hope today that you not only have someone special in your life, but that you can be that someone for another person. Have a great week."
Hey folks! Junior/Senior Prom is tomorrow (4/12) at Milestones Barn in Warrensburg. A few reminders: Prom is from 7 to 11 and is invite-only to current Juniors/Seniors. Guest sheets must be completed prior to the event. Outside drinks are not allowed to be brought in the venue, as well as any substances that are not permitted at school. Once a student enters the prom venue, they will not be permitted to leave and reenter. Let's go make some memories, Cougars!

Tipton double booked themselves with their FFA Banquet , so the games on May 7th are cancelled. We were unable to find a date to reschedule the games since it is right before districts. Sorry for the inconvenience!

National Honor Society and Junior Honor Society inducted a total of 34 new members tonight. Congratulations to all new members!
CR Secondary School had their 3rd quarter Recognition Rally today! We celebrated students with perfect attendance, 98% attendance, and students displaying our habits of excellence!
The CRE Book Fair is here! While the fair officially starts on Thursday, students will be creating wishlists beginning tomorrow. The Book Fair will be open daily from 7:45-3:30 as well as during the STEAM Fair and also open late Wed , April 16 until 5:30 for shopping.

The 4 Keeps suicide prevention program is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9th. This was originally planned for February but was canceled due to snow.
