Parents of athletes and activities, PRIVIT will be back open tomorrow for everyone that needs to get their students physical. It will be open until July 31st. Please follow all the directions that we have sent out for FinalForms for you and your student. Have a great summer!

Secondary parents: report cards and 25-26 schedules should be arriving at homes via the US mail. Big thanks to Mrs. Sandy Hobbs' efforts in getting these out--it is a bigger challenge than most know. If you have any questions, email is the best option to contact office staff during the summer.

Sports and Activities Families,
We are switching from Privit to FinalForms to store and manage all of your athletic and activities documents. This will make the process much easier for all parents and students. If you have a valid physical on Privit you will need to download that from Privit and upload it to FinalForms by the end of June. If you have a hard copy your physical that you have given to the office you can come and pick it up so you can take a picture and upload it to FinalForms. We will no longer be accepting hard copies of physicals to hold for you in the office. I have attached all the instructions that you will need to make this transition seamlessly. If you need help along the way please se the help link on the Playbook or you can email FinalForms at support@finalforms.com. You can also email me with any questions at aodle@crestridge.org
Thanks,

Congratulations ladies on your softball post-season honors!!!
