Today is National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day and we are so thankful for Deputy Matter! He is an integral part of every day here at Crest Ridge. He supports us in so many areas. Thank you Deputy Matter.

Today during Family House Meetings, we decorated Kindness Quilt Squares, which we will put together to display as a whole CRE Kindness Quilt!

Valentine's Day started out on the right foot with students and parents meeting for donuts and a discussion about CONFIDENCE. February is Random Act of Kindness Month. Next week, February 17-20th is Kindness Week for CRE!

The art department is assisting the drama club with some set props made from cardboard cutouts. To complete the task, they are using their new chomp saws. Generously donated, these make short work of a previously demanding (and often dangerous) job. Thank you!

Mini Dance Clinic Performance is tonight!
Since game time has changed please have the girls ready and at the high school by 6:30pm. Dancers should wear their dance shirt, black pants and tennis shoes.

On Friday, Mrs. Winslow's class gave presentations on their animal reports. Students not only learned about different animals, they worked on their writing, researching, and presentation skills.
