🌟 Senior Spotlight🌟
Emilia Dawe
Emilia’s favorite high school memories come from the people she’s met along the way.
During her time at Crest Ridge, she was a football manager her sophomore year.
She says Mrs. Block, Mr. Kenney, and Mrs. Helmich have made the biggest impact on her during her time at Crest Ridge. Her advice to younger Cougars is: “Stay on top of your work, no late assignments!”
After graduation, Emilia plans to start working and attend college. In 10 years, she hopes to be married, have kids, and build a good career.
Fun fact: Emilia once got hit by a car in 6th grade!
Her favorite song is “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley, and she’s inspired by the lyric:
“Every little thing is gonna be alright.”
We’re proud of you, Emilia!

Fundraiser for tonight's volleyball game @ Kingsville!

Addie Shippy
Addie’s favorite high school memory is spending time with her friends and making memories with her class.
She has been involved in just about everything at Crest Ridge — Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Cheer, FFA, FBLA, FCCLA, and Track.
Addie says her parents, teachers, and coaches made the biggest impact on her by always pushing her to do her best. Her advice to younger Cougars is: “Don’t give up and be involved with everything you can, it goes by fast.”
After graduation, Addie plans to attend State Fair to study Occupational Therapy or pursue a career working with kids. In 10 years, she sees herself graduating from college, getting married, and starting a family.
Fun fact: Addie has participated in every girls’ sport Crest Ridge has offered.
Her favorite quote comes from Frank Ocean: “Be yourself and know that that’s good enough.”
We’re proud of you, Addie!
